Dean's Cakes

  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon minced green pepper
  • red pepper to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • butter for frying

Combine green pepper and spices with crab meat and enough mayonnaise to bind the crab meat into cakes. Fry until golden.

Serves 4.
